I was treated with the greatest dignity and care by the wonderful Helen who made me feel that she genuinely cared and wanted to ensure the best outcome for me. She was exceptional and insightful and I am very grateful to her for such kind and attentive treatment. I will do my best to follow her instructions and make all her efforts worthwhile! Thank you so much - you have made such a difference to my life.

I believe the care was offered holistically but kept a good focus on the main needs.

The timing of the medication offered, coupled with food and observation, seemed to 'clash' in the morning and the evening, it would be nice to have a cup of tea and a suit before I am asked to take 3 - it drugs all at once.

Thank you for your feedback. The team try hard to ensure that medication rounds do not clash with when patients are having meals, unfortunately this is not always possible. Some of our patients take medications more regularly through the day and therefore there will at times be clashes. We have fed back to the team to be more cautious about medications timings clashing with when patients are eating and drinking.
